The Mauna Luan Condominium consists of two buildings and extensive recreational amenities that rest on 7.58 acres of lush landscaped property. Each building consists of 217 residential apartments.

Our East Pool consists of two large pools separated by a divider wall with fountains sprinkling each side.

The water slide provides enjoyment for young and old alike.

Our children's wading pool provides a safe haven for our smaller residents who cannot yet find the bottom of the big pool with their little feet.

Join your friends and relax after work in one of nine hot tubs. Perfect for loosening even the tightest muscles.

The ten gas barbecue areas offer secluded settings for private get-togethers with friends and family. Tiki torches add to the tropical setting.

The entrance to the property is monitored by 24-hour security from our entryway guardhouse.

Fashioned after the most luxurious resort settings in the world, the Mauna Luan grounds are a delightful combination of water fun, tropical splendor and privacy. When first built, the Mauna Luan won the Parade of Homes Award for the most beautiful grounds. Even after 35 years, the meticulous management and care of the property is reflected in the breathless beauty of the gardens, the two swimming pools, nine hot tubs, ten gas barbecue areas and golf putting green. The Mauna Luan Recreation Building also offers two regulation size racquetball courts, a co-ed workout room, men's and women's spa areas along with billiards and ping pong. There are also two party rooms, located in each building's main lobby, that are available for special occasions or that regular card party.
