About the Mauna Luan
The Mauna Luan is a one-of-a-kind, luxury residential condominium and was built in 1975. Each of the two majestic 20 story buildings contains 217 residential apartments, a total of 434 units.

Lobbies
Each building has a lobby perfect for entertaining. Rattan furnishings with lush tropical prints grace each lobby and streams and waterfalls greet your guests. The West lobby has a library whose inventory is continually changing as owners swap out their gently used books. Each lobby is complete with a fully functional kitchen. Both lobby areas offer free WiFi service to residents. See the Management Office for instructions on how to access this free service. Also, both pool areas are Time Warner Cable hot spots, and can be accessed with your TWC account sign-in information.

Pools and Barbeques
There are a total of three free-form swimming pools. Two lagoon-style pools front the East Building (140,900 gallons) and feature waterfalls and a water slide. Fronting the West Building is a heated pool (73,500 gallons). The pools are bordered by seven outdoor Jacuzzi hot tubs -- four in the East Pool area and three in the West Pool area. Ten outdoor picnic areas with natural gas grills are surrounded by rock walls and vegetation for privacy. A putting green rests at the far end of the property next to the West Building.  Our pool areas are also TWC hotspots for Internet access if you have an account with them.

Recreation Building
Our Recreation Building offers billiards, ping pong and a party area with full kitchen. Also housed in the Rec Building are two racquetball/handball courts and a co-ed workout room. Men’s and women’s spa areas include hot tub, sauna, showers, toilet facilities and a locker room.

Security, Storage and Parking
There is a car wash area for resident use that also has kayak and boat storage available.  Each apartment comes with a storage unit located in the basement of each building. The Mauna Luan has full time security monitoring and a five story parking garage on site with bike storage and guest parking.
